  • Q: How do I get more information regarding The Popcorn Factory fundraising program?

  • Q: What is the shelf life of the product?
    A: We start popping as soon as we receive your order to provide you with the freshest product. The shelf life of our fundraising products varies from 90-210 days depending on the flavor.
  • Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
    A: Money Order, Cashier Check, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX). Checks made payable to The Popcorn Factory.
  • Q: When will my product arrive?
    A: After payment has been processed, please allow 10 business day for your order to ship.
  • Q: What are the shipping charges?
    A: Red Bag orders over $500 and delivered to 1 address in the Continental U.S. receive free shipping. Orders under $500 ship for $6 per case. Gourmet Gift order are subject to a flat shipping charge of $60 per order, delivered to one address in the Continental U.S. Additional delivery fees may apply.

  • Plan Early & set a goal. Your program will be easier to coordinate and more likely to succeed. Typically, a fundraising campaign that runs 2-4 weeks can be very effective. By setting a specific beginning date and end date for your fundraiser, it is easier to generate and maintain enthusiasm.
  • Consider Year-Round Fundraising. Customers will look forward to refilling orders and planning their gift giving.
